Red chilli......pure devilish heat for that burst of WOW!!!!! I love my chilli
I am not sure where or when the love and passion for Chilli started but it has engulfed me over time and I sometimes cannot do without a hit of pure Heat. Even though I eat extremely hot chilli, I never miss out on tasting what I am eating because I have developed the sensory of chilli taste over time.....
I grow a number of varieties of Chilli and have created my own bursts of special heat by drying two or even three varieties of chilli seeds, blending them and planting them.... some are hotter than others.....Just the way I like them!!!!
