Fagioli e salsiccia con pomodoro schiattat cotti in tegamino al forno...

Being a true Italian at Heart I enjoy food from yester-year... I normally cook this dish a few times through the winter months because of the stodginess.. I usually prepare it with 3 to 4 kinds of different beans and very rustic, spicy Italian sausages...I hand squash 2 to 3 tomatoes, red and white onion, Garlic and a good pinch of sea salt and Pepper...........Cook it in an oven proof pot for 3 to 4 hours....I normally serve it with FRESELLA bagnata con olio extra vergine d'oliva..............
