1 bell-pepper cut Asian style
1 x 2 cm piece of ginger, peeled1 chilli, deseeded and finely chopped1 Garlic clove finely sliced 1 lime, juiced Vegetable oil
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Place a large frying pan on the heat and add the vegetable oil, once hot add the steak, seasoned with salt and pepper. Sear on both side for 3 minutes, remove from the pan and place on a plate covered with aluminium foil.
Add a little more oil to the pan, add the garlic and ginger, once fragrant add the onion, bell-pepper and chilli, saute for a minute or two. Add the sauce and heat through. Squeeze the lime and let the flavour marry
Place the steak on a board and cut on a slant, thinly. Place on a serving plate and top with the sauce and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
