Campari.....A refreshing Sorbet

Campari and Passionfruit Sorbet


Ingredients


250 ml of water

250 ml of apple juice

200 gr of sugar 15 Large passion fruits 250 ml of Campari




Place the water and sugar in a pan, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.


Remove from the heat and allow to cool for about 10 minutes.

Cut the passion fruit and scoop out the flesh, seeds and juice using a spoon.




Mix the passion fruit with the Campari, apple juice and sugar syrup in a plastic tub and place in the freezer.


Sorbet normally takes about 2 hours to set. Every 15 to 20 minutes give it a good stir with a fork until it sets...... Serve it on its own or with some berries..........
