Ostriche. pancetta, e Peperoncino Messicano


Ingredients


Oysters

Pancetta diced

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Jalapeno diced

Oyster sauce

Worcestershire sauce




Method


Place the sauteing pan on the stove and add the pancetta, let the fat render and be very fragrant before splashing with oyster and Worcestershire sauce. Let simmer for a minute, turn the heat off and add the jalapeno diced...


Top the Oysters and serve right away............
