Pesce Fritto



Fish of your choice, I love Tommys


1 cup of flour

1 cup of fine semolina

Salt

Pepper

Paprika

Parsley

Lemon

Salt flakes

Olive oil for frying


Method


Place the flour, semolina, pepper, salt, and paprika in a large bowl, combine well. Dredge the fish and remove any excess flour.


Place a large frying pan on a gentle flame and once hot add the fish cook for a few minutes on each side, 3 to 4 minutes......


Dredge the parsley through the flour and semolina mix and fry for 30 seconds or until crisp.....


Serve the fish with salt flakes, a good grinding of pepper and lemon wedges......,
