Polenta........

Ingredients


500 ml of water

500 ml of milk 250 gr of instant polenta 250 gr of butter 100 gr of parmigiano Salt

Freshly ground black pepper




Bring the water and milk to boil in a large pan.

Slowly stream in the polenta, whisking continuously. Once it's mixed, continue to stir over the heat for 15 to 20 minutes.


Stir in the butter and Parmigiano. Check the consistency and seasoning and adjust accordingly
