ingredients


1kg of flour

10 eggs whole

2 tbsp squid ink

2 tbsp semolina

Salt

Olive oil





Method

Place the eggs, oil, salt, and squid ink in a large mixer and combine well.

Add the flour and knead for about 10 minutes.


Remove, cover and refrigerate, for at least 2 hours
